  • Lead velocity rate (MQL to SQL): we will improve conversion rate and conversion time by optimizing processes and responsibilities for lead and demand generation.

  • Sales velocity: we will identify ways to increase the number of opportunities, improve win rates, shorten the sales cycle, and increase your ACV.

  • From Close WON to Adoption to Impact to Expansion: optimising your post-purchase processes will be the most important acceleration component.

  • Your CRM (HubSpot preferred) will manage the entire customer journey and serve as the single source of truth.
